We gladly partner with nonprofit organizations and governmental entities to distribute informational materials to schools that have educational, recreational or social value for students. We use Peachjar, a flyer distribution service that sends flyers directly to parents' inboxes and posts them online. All flyers are reviewed for content. We do not send flyers home with students.

Steps for Sending a Flyer
Electronic flyer distribution can help nonprofit organizations maximize exposure for activities, programs or events while helping schools save time, money, and trees. Peachjar charges a fee for this service.
Peachjar’s Community Free Flyer Program will cover the fees for one Community Free flyer every 30 days for nonprofit organizations promoting a free charitable program, service or resource where children are the direct beneficiary. Review the requirements for qualification and contact Peachjar to request a waiver if applicable.
- Ensure your flyer meets our approval requirements. We partner with nonprofit organizations and government entities only.
- Register with Peachjar as a "Community Organization" (account type).
- Upload your flyer for approval.
Flyers must be 8.5" x 11" pdf files. Peachjar will automatically add the required statement to the digital flyer: “The district does not sponsor
or endorse this event/information and the district assumes no responsibility for it.”
After your flyer has been submitted, it will be automatically routed for approval, then emailed as a visually engaging image to parents.
If you have any questions, contact Jane Carter at [email protected] or call 360-662-1600, ex. 1621. Please note the Office of Community Relations is now located at 1400 NE McWilliams Road in Bremerton.
